Do you deliver flowers, and which areas do you cover?

Yes, we deliver to Midhurst and surrounding areas in West Sussex. For specific locations or delivery charges, feel free to contact us.

How much notice do I need to give for an order?
For standard bouquets, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For large or bespoke arrangements, such as wedding or memorial flowers, please allow 1–2 weeks.

Can I order flowers online or over the phone?
Yes, you can order flowers by calling us directly or through our online platform.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery for orders placed before 3.00pm, subject to flower availability.

How do I care for my fresh flowers to make them last longer?
Trim the stems at an angle, place them in clean water with flower food, and change the water every two days. Keep the flowers away from direct sunlight, heat, and drafts.

Can I include a personalised message with my bouquet?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and online payments.

What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Custom orders may have different terms.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?
Yes, changes can be made if requested within 8 hours of placing the order.

What happens if the flowers I requested are unavailable?
If a flower is unavailable, we’ll substitute it with a similar bloom of equal or higher value and inform you before proceeding.
